Clare, Ireland. The purpose of these visits was to obtain samples for part of a Marie Curie funded IEF fellowship. In this phase of the project two case studies from the fishweir complex are underway using dendrochronological techniques to refine approaches to understanding their construction and use history along the River Fergus.
