Abstract
In this chapter, we provide an overview of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In doing so, we offer an overview of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other key elements of the 2030 Agenda. These include a vision, means of implementation, and follow-up and review processes. In addition, we discuss the role of partnerships in the Agenda, outlining their historical and future role in the architecture for implementing sustainable development at global and nation levels.
