There was no difference between counties in terms of wheat quality over the period when the results were based on means for the 9-10 varieties; however, wheat quality was significantly different from season to season based on the tests carried out. Correlation coefficients between bread score and the different wheat/flour quality parameters were generally small.||Type of material:||Journal Article||Publisher:||An Foras Talúntais||Journal:||Irish Journal of Food Science and Technology||Volume:||6||Start page:||79||End page:||89||Keywords:||Flour quality; Quality factors; Seasonal variation||Other versions:||http://www.jstor.org/stable/25558048||Language:||en||Status of Item:||Peer reviewed|
