The use of these scintillators is considered for a gamma-ray telescope operating in the 0.2 MeV¿50 MeV photon range. Inorganic scintillator compounds suitable for incorporation into glass-ceramics are assessed. In addition, several families of glass suitable for use as hosts for scintillating compounds are also reviewed.enGlass-ceramicScintillatorGamma-ray astronomyDevelopment of glass-ceramic scintillators for gamma-ray astronomyJournal Article620Conference 110.1088/1742-6596/620/1/0120022017-05-10https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ie/
